Back in the 1960's, a book was published, titled, I'm Ok, You're Ok.  It sold about 15 million copies. People rushed to read the new way to get along with others, understand yourself and work your way through the psychological underpinnings of the day. Today, we have violent protests, riots, killings, human trafficking, domestic abuse, bribery, graft, corruption, sex, alcohol and drugs in Middle Schools etc. Shall I go on? Hmm, if anyone one hasn't noticed...it's not working because, "I'm Not Ok and You're Not Ok"! There is one basic tenet that most of the "thinkers" of the day have forgotten...the human nature is broken. And not because God broke it. The disobedience of Adam caused the separation from the perfection of God, thus the imperfection of man. People see the corrosion of behavior, so they pass a law. Yikes-it's been a long time since I've posted. Lots going on in life. Both hips replaced at the local VA Hospital. Had outstanding care and results. Back in the fight, so to speak. Our world is a bit in turmoil, ya' think! Some are wondering how we got here, from the coronavirus pandemic to the riots and looting in our streets. I don't wonder at all. We have kicked God and all His holy principles out of the center of our families, community, state and nation. We are told that we are to keep our spiritual lives to ourselves. Now stop and think on that for a minute. As a Pagan, or Wiccan, you can voice your beliefs, but anything to do with God...you have to keep that "private". I, for one, don't want Christian principles to be "private". I want integrity, sexual purity, sobriety, service before self and excellence in all we do to be shouted from the roof tops; to be taught in every family and schoolroom.
